GRANA PADANO: Bruschetta with bresaola, ricotta, fava beans, rocket and Grana Padano Riserva

8 slices sandwich bread
100 g bresaola
100 g Grana Padano PDO
100 g fresh fava beans
50 g ricotta or spreadable cheese
50 g rocket
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


Toast the bread slices on a grill or in the oven.
Spread the ricotta on the slices, add the fresh fava beans, one or two slices of bresaola, a few rocket leaves and shavings of Grana Padano.
Serve the bruschetta with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
